1 can tender bits minced up
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. lowfat milk
1/3 c. oil

1 onion, minced
1/2 bag stuffing mix or possibly 2 c. bread or possibly cracker crumbs
1 pkg. G.W. Seasoning parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Serves 6-8.
