Ингредиенты

  • 1 pound grnd turkey
  • 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onion
  • 1 lg. egg
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. oil
  • 2 pkg. turkey gravy mix

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil and gravy. Shape into balls. Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Cook meatballs 8-10 min turning once till browned. Make gravy mix. Drain skillet of oil, then add in gravy mix. Cover and simmer 4-5 min. Serves 4.
