Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. cooked turkey breast strips
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can low fat & sodium chicken broth (not condensed)
  • 2 tbsp. lite soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts & red peppers
  • 1 (4 ounce.) pkg. uncooked angel hair pasta or possibly vermicelli, broken up (1 1/2 c.)
  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. water

Инструкции

  1. In large skillet, combine turkey, broth, soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic pwdr and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5-8 min or possibly till pasta is tender.
  2. In small bowl combine cornstarch and water, blend till smooth. Stir into warm mix in skillet. Cook 1 minute or possibly till thickened, stirring constantly. Serve with soy sauce if you like.
  3. Chicken or possibly lean pork strips could substitute for turkey.
