- Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in a pan. In a gravy shaker, put 2 Tbsp. flour, 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules and 1 c. lowfat milk. Shake well to mix and then gradually stir into melted butter (over medium high heat). Stir constantly to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Add in 4 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese. Put 2 c. cooked Minute rice into a casserole dish which has a cover. Onto rice, put 8 ounce. cubed turkey and 1 c. sliced mushrooms. Spoon cheese sauce over rice mix. Cover and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
