  • 2 cans tuna in water, flaked
  • 1 c. non-fat or possibly low-fat plain yogurt (or possibly low-cal mayonnaise)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
  • 1/2 c. raisins or possibly currants
  • 1 red apple, minced
  • 1 green apple, minced
  • 1/2 c. walnuts, toasted and minced
  • Pocket bread and lettuce

  1. Combine all the ingredients. Spilt 2 large pocket breads in half. Line with lettuce leaves. Fill tuna-apple salad.
  2. This recipe tastes best after it has chilled for an hour.
