Tuna Salad with Sunflower Seeds

Serve this seed base salad on bread or with assorted veggies.

Tuna Salad with Sunflower Seeds

• Recipe by Christine Lamb - 2015
• Ingredients:
• 2 (5 oz.) cans tuna fish in water, drained and flaked
• 1 finely chopped celery
• 1 green onion, chopped
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, more or less, if desired
• 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
• salt and pepper
• 8 slices bread
• lettuce

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Place lettuce on 4 slices of bread. Top with tuna salad. Cover with remaining bread slices.
