Ингредиенты

  • 1 (6 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk (sm. can and 1/4 c. lowfat milk, ok)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pie crust

Инструкции

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place pie crust in pan on cookie sheet, pricking sides and bottom first with fork. Bake 5 min. Remove from oven. Distribute tuna on bottom of shell. Sprinkle ??? and onion over tuna. Beat Large eggs, evaporated lowfat milk, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour over tuna mix.
  2. Bake on cookie sheet about 15 min. Reducing heat to 350 degrees last 15 min or possibly till top is golden and quiche is set.
