1 c. flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 c. shortening

1/2 c. shredded cheese of choice 3 to 4 tbsp. lowfat milk

1. Cut shortening and cheese into flour and salt. Add in lowfat milk. Stir with fork till dough holds together. Cover and chill while making filling.
