- Prepare first 4 ingredients and set aside. Flake tuna into bite size pcs, reserving juice. Saute/fry mushrooms in butter for 5 min; add in pimientos and saute/fry another 2 min. Set aside while making white sauce.
- Heat butter in saucepan. Add in flour and stir 3 to 4 min. Add in lowfat milk, use whisk to blend till thickened. Add in bouillon and lemon juice. Taste for salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Mix in other ingredients including tuna water. Pour in buttered casserole. Heat in 350 degree oven for 30 min or possibly warm and bubbly.
