Tuna Macaroni Cheese Loaf

Ингредиенты

  • 6 ounce. pkg. macaroni
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp. each minced onion & parsley
  • 2 tbsp. minced pimento
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. tuna
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon each pepper & paprika
  • 1 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Cook macaroni as directed, drain and rinse. Combine bread crumbs, lowfat milk, cheese, parsley, onion, pimento, salt and Large eggs. Stir in macaroni. Pour 1/2 of mix in well greased 5 x 10 inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine tuna with remaining ingredients. Pour over macaroni mix. Pour remaining macaroni mix over tuna. Bake in slow oven 325 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs. Slice and serve. Serves 8.
