Ингредиенты

  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • Sm. minced onion
  • 4 tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 2 crushed chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 (6 1/2 ounce.) cans tuna fish
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 3 hard cooked Large eggs

Инструкции

  1. Cook onion and butter together. Add in flour and seasoning, stir till smooth. Add in water, bouillon cubes and lowfat milk, stir till sauce boils. Add in tuna fish, celery and minced Large eggs. Put in casserole. Cut out small baking pwdr biscuits, arrange on top. Bake in warm oven at 425 degrees till biscuits are done (15 min).
