1 (3 1/2 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed (water packed) 1/4 c. Jack cheese, cubed 2 tbsp. minced onion

1-2 tbsp. pickle relish 2 tbsp. Russian dressing 1 long Italian bread (8" - 10") or possibly 2 hero rolls (5")

1. Combine tuna, cheese, onion, relish and dressing. Split bread or possibly rolls horizontally and remove some of the soft centers. (Reserve for later use as bread crumbs.) Fill with tuna mix. Press top and bottom together and wrap in foil. Place on oven pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till cheese melts and bread is crusty. Makes 2.
