Ingredients//
Drink -
Mix pure coconut water w/ Chi Mineral Water for a sweet and carbonated healthy refreshing drink - it's honestly the perfect combo!
Base -
- 1 cup mashed cauliflower
- 2 cups spinach leaves (can you tell these are my fav type of leaf?...lettuce?)
- Toppings -
- 1/2 a tomato
- 3 tbsp garlic lemon hummus'
- 1/2 an avocado cut into slices
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
- 1/3-1/4 cup chickpeas
- sriracha
- can of greenseas mine & cracked pepper tuna 99% fat free
Directions//
Put down the two base ingredients
Arrange toppings as you'd like
