  • 1 can water-packed mandarin oranges - (11 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 x avocado seeded, peeled,
  •     and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh mint (optional)
  • 1/2 c. fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 5 tsp fresh lime juice
