Trisha Yearwood's Key Lime Cake

Just made 5th cake using 3/4 cup of oil. Middle of cake fell again. Not going to make again. Don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I have made Trisha Yearwood's original recipe 4 times and all of them did not bake right. I tried all different pans. The cake caved in the middle. I am going to try this recipe with less oil maybe that will work.
