Ингредиенты

  • 1/3 lb each 3 different colored dry pastas
  • 1 stk butter
  • 2 Tbsp. shallots chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2/3 lb scallops
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream

Инструкции

  1. Cook pasta in salted water till tender, about 10 min. Meanwhile, heat butter and add in shallots and saute/fry. Add in parsley and scallops for 3 min. "Don't overcook." Add in heavy cream and 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese. Serve on top of pasta with additional Parmesan cheese.
