1 can (8 ounce.) stewed tomatoes
1/4 c. instant chopped onions
1 teaspoon each garlic salt, oregano and sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon (double) hickory-smoked flavored barbeque sauce
4 loin pork chop steaks, 3/4 inch thick

Throw everything into crockpot. Cook at least 8 hrs for a 200 degree crockpot.
