  • 1 pch Nutmeg

  1. Mix Mustard Sauce ingredients well and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  2. Stone crab claws are pre cooked in most parts of the world. 2. If crab is to be served warm, steam the claws for 8-10 min and serve with hot melted butter. 3 If crab is to be served cool, serve with fresh lemon wedges or possibly a mustard sauce. 4. Always serve with a cocktail fork so which meat can be removed easily.
