Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. very hot water
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

  1. Dissolve yeast in hot water. In mixing bowl put flour and salt slowly. Pour in yeast mix while stirring. Knead thoroughly adding extra virgin olive oil while kneading. Cover and let rise in hot location for 30 min. Fold and shape into two halves. Spread on greased pan 1/2 to 3/8 inches thick. Place in 200 degree oven for 5 min. Remove, add in sauce and toppings and bake in 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 min till done. Makes sufficient for 2 pizza crusts.
