1/2 head lettuce
2 green onions (including stems), diced
1 avocado (optional)
1 c. celery, diced

1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
Sprinkle of parsley

Blend all dressing ingredients and shake well. Pour over salad just before serving.
