Shaved roast beef or possibly turkey Slices of cheese (roast beef-Swiss, turkey-colby) Sliced ripe or possibly green olives

Grated carrots Spinach or possibly lettuce leaves Alfalfa sprouts

1. Place a flour tortilla on a sheet of plastic wrap. Brush lightly both sides of the tortilla with water. Combine salad dressing with mustard according to your taste (1/2 c. mayonnaise - 2 tsp. mustard). Spread 1 side generously with this mix. Top with:
