- Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water for 15 min or possibly till al dente. Drain well and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce:Dice onion and bacon.
- Heat oil in a pan; add in onion, bacon, garlic, pinenuts and cook 3 min till onion is softened.
- Add in wine and stir through for 2 min.
- Stir in cream, lowfat sour cream, cheese and basil and cook over low heat till boiling and heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks to thicken. Season well.
- Pour sauce over tortellini and serve.
