Tomato Salad

This is a wonderful salad to accompany chicken, meat and fish.
It is great served with bread and cheese, too!!!

Ингредиенты

  • 6 tomatoes, cubed
  • 5 scallions, cut thinly
  • 1 hot green pepper, take out seeds, and chop fine (this can be eliminated if you dont like hot and spicy)
  • 1 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
