Ингредиенты

2 c. (4 sticks) sweet butter, softened
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp. good tomato puree

1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
1 heaping teaspoon mild Madras curry pwdr

Инструкции

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Rub through a fine meshed sieve. Put into wax or possibly plastic containers and refrigeratetill needed in either the freezer or possibly the refrigerator. Before using, allow the butter to come to room temperature.
