4 lg. tomatoes, 1/2 inch cubes 1 c. fresh basil, sliced 3 cloves garlic, chopped

1 c. plus 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 pound Brie cheese, rine removed and pared

1. Combine above ingredients; fold in large bowl and let stand on kitchen counter 2 hrs.
2. Cook 1 lb. linguine pasta (el dante) and toss in tomato mix.
