1/2 c. tomato juice 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. sugar

1 teaspoon dry oregano 1/2 teaspoon basil 2 tbsp. scallions, minced

1. In a jar, combine all ingredients. Cover and shake vigorously. Refrigerateor possibly serve immediately over a green or possibly pasta salad. NOTE: For more tomato taste, use only 2 Tbsp. vinegar.
