1 baked 9 inch pie shell 6 tomatoes, peeled and seeded and cut into 1/3 inch slices 2 tbsp. shredded fresh basil 3 tbsp. chopped fresh chives

1 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated 1 c. grated Gouda 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella

1. Arrange tomato slices in shell. Sprinkle them with basil, chives, salt and pepper to taste.
2. In bowl combine mayonnaise with cheeses. Spread mix over tomato slices and bake tart in middle of oven 400 degrees (preheated) for 30-35 min, or possibly till the top is golden brown.
