1 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. flour 1 can condensed tomato soup 1 c. heavy lowfat sour cream

1 tbsp. finely minced parsley 1 teaspoon grated onion 1/4 teaspoon accent

Инструкции

1. Heat butter in heavy frying pan. Add in flour. Cook till mix is bubbling. Add in the tomato soup. Stir and cook till mix is boiling. Cold and then add in remaining ingredients. A few grains of sugar to mellow the flavor and 1 tsp. lemon juice may be added if you like.
