Ингредиенты

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, coarsely minced
  • 8 ounce. Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. sliced black olives
  • 1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • Scant 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. In a bowl combine the tomatoes, feta and black olives. In a separate bowl make the dressing by whisking together the basil, parsley, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad. Mix well.
