Tomato and Avocado Salad

This salad has a slightly tart dressing complements the summer fresh vegetables wonderfully.

  • 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp. Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 Tsp. Ground Cumin
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, Cut Into Wedges
  • 2 Medium Ripe Avocados, Peeled and Sliced
  • Lettuce Leaves, Optional

Инструкции

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the oil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic salt, oregano and cumin.
  2. Arrange tomatoes and avocados on lettuce if desired. Drizzle with dressing.
