Ингредиенты

  • 4 x Tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 x Avocadoes, peeled & pitted, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1/2 c. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Onion, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Sweetener
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Инструкции

  1. Sprinkle tomato & avocado wedges with lime juice. On a serving platter, arrange laternate slices of tomato & aovcado in a pinwheel fashion.
  2. VINAIGRETTE: Whisk together vinegar, garlic, salt, onion & sweetener.
  3. Gradually pour in the oil & whisk to blend. Pour this vinaigrette over the wedges. Serve.
