1 lg. white onion, minced 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 2 (3 1/2 ounce.) cans green chilies, minced 4 (10 ounce.) cans tomatillos, minced

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 teaspoon sugar 6 jalapenos, seeded and minced

1. Saute/fry garlic and onion in extra virgin olive oil till onion is translucent/soft and soft. Add in green chilies, tomatillos, sugar, and jalapenos. Simmer 30 min.
