  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. Shredded carrots
  • 1 can (8-ounce) juice packed crusbed pineapple
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  •     Confectioners'sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and Large eggs; beat till well blended.
  2. Gradually beat in flour mix. Stir in carrots, pineapple, nuts and Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Pour into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Cold completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cut into 2-inch squares.
  3. Makes 2 dozen 2-inch squares.
