Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. Shortening
  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar packed
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pkt Moist Shredded Coconut
  • 1 c. Almonds minced

  1. BOTTOM LAYER: Mix shortening, butter and brown sugar thoroughly. Stir in flour. Press and flatten with hands to cover the bottom of an ungreased 13x9" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 F. Then spread with Almond-Coconut Topping.
  2. ALMOND-COCONUT TOPPING: Beat Large eggs well, stir in brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in coconut and nuts and spread topping over the bottom layer. Return pan to oven and bake 25 min till topping is golden. Cold slightly and then cut into bars.
