Toffee Almond Sandies

Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups sliced almonds
  • 1 pkg English Toffee Bits (10 oz.) or Almond Brickle Chips
  • (7 1/2 oz.)

Инструкции

  1. In a large bowl, cream the butter, oil, and both of the sugars.
  2. Add the eggs, one at a time
  3. Beat well after each addition
  4. Beat in the extract.
  5. Combine the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and the salt.
  6. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  7. Stir in the almonds and toffee bits.
  8. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
  9. Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove to wire racks to cool completely
