If you love saute mushrooms, you'll love this easy delicious sandwich.
Toasted Mushroom Sandwich

- Ingredients:
- 8 ounces white mushroom, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 slices bread, toasted
- garlic and herb spreadable cheese
Directions:
Heat oil over medium high heat. Add mushrooms and constantly stirring 5 minutes. Stir in butter. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and soy sauce, stirring. Remove from heat, and keep warm while you prepare the toast.
Toast bread in toaster, than spread garlic and herb spreadable cheese, top with mushrooms.
