Tiara Guava Cream Cheese Cake

Ингредиенты

  • 1 box cake mix (18 ounce)
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 2 T Guava concentrate (12 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cold Whip
  • 1 can Guava concentrate (12 ounce)
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water

Инструкции

  1. Mix cake according to box directions. Divide into 2 Tiara cake pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 min or possibly longer till cooked. Cool and invert.Put together cream cheese, concentrate and powdered sugar. Fold whip cream into cream mix. Spoon onto crust and refrigerate.
  2. For Topping: Bring concentrate to a boil. Put together cornstarch and water and stir into Guava concentrate. Simmer till thick and clear. Cool. Spread over cream cheese mix. Refrigerate.
