- Press the thyme into both sides of chops.
- Saute/fry the chops in the oil in a large skillet for 2 min on each side or possibly till browned. Add in the water, cover and lower the heat; cook for 25-30 min or possibly till the chops are tender.
- Meanwhile prepare the stuffing mix according to the package, substituting apple juice for water and adding celery and raisins. Keep hot.
- To serve arrange the pork chops on a platter with stuffing.
