%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFirst%20I%20took%20all%20the%20wet%20ingredients%20and%20combinded%20them%20in%20my%20mixer.%20I%20then%20added%20the%20dry%20ingredients,(%20I%20had%20combinded%20the%20dry%20ingredients%20in%20a%20bowl%20and%20set%20aside)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20then%20took%20my%20bundt%20pan%20and%20sprayed%20non-stick%20spray%20on%20the%20inside.%20I%20melted%20the%201/2%20stick%20of%20butter%20for%20topping%20and%20poured%20it%20into%20the%20bundt%20pan.%20I%20then%20took%20the%201%20cup%20firmly%20packed%20brown%20sugar%20and%20sprinkled%20it%20in%20the%20pan%20over%20the%20top%20of%20the%20butter.%20I%20layed%20the%20pineapple%20slices%20in%20the%20pan%20and%20placed%20a%20cherry%20in%20the%20center.%20I%20then%20poured%20the%20batter%20over%20the%20top%20and%20it%20was%20ready%20for%20baking.%20I%20baked%20it%20at%20350%20degrees%20F%20for%2030%20minutes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20picture%20is%20right%20before%20I%20took%20it%20out%20of%20the%20oven.%20You%20can%20see%20the%20bubbling%20almost%20like%20there%20was%20too%20much%20wet%20ingredients...%20between%20you%20and%20I...%20I%20started%20to%20panic%20at%20this%20moment%20haha%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20got%20the%20cake%20pan%20ready%20and%20I%20flipped%20to%20unveil%20the%20cake!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20topping%20was%20maybe%20almost%20too%20much%20for%20the%20size%20of%20the%20cake%20as%20it%20melted%20all%20into%20the%20cake%20pan...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere%20is%20a%20look%20at%20the%20cake%20cut%20open...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOK%20so%20now%20I%20know%20you%20are%20wondering...%20Did%20it%20taste%20like%20poo%20or%20rubber%20or%20was%20it%20actually%20good??%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20thought%20it%20was%20pretty%20good%20and%20I%20was%20super%20proud%20for%20that%20being%20my%20first%20invention.%20A%20couple%20differences%20I%20might%20make%20is%20disolving%20the%20brownsugar%20into%20the%20butter%20for%20topping%20then%20linning%20the%20pan%20with%20it...%20there%20was%20a%20slight%20crunchiness%20from%20the%20granuals%20of%20brown%20sugar%20on%20the%20topping.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnother%20change%20I%20am%20thinking%20of%20is%20using%20some%20cake%20flour%20and%201/3%20oil%20instead%20of%20applesauce.%20I%20love%20the%20applesauce%20and%20the%20idea%20of%20it%20making%20it%20lower%20fat%20and%20calorie%20but%20I%20think%20it%20would%20be%20less%20dense%20with%20these%20changes...%20When%20I%20do%20test%20it%20with%20the%20changes%20I%20will%20be%20sure%20to%20share...%20I%20also%20would%20love%20any%20ideas%20or%20feedback%20you%20may%20have%20for%20me!!%20All%20and%20all%20this%20was%20a%20very%20positive%20FUN%20experience...%20I%20did%20not%20take%20a%20picture%20of%20the%20preped%20pan%20like%20I%20wanted%20because...%20well%20because%20I%20was%20like%20a%20mad%20scientist%20with%20flour%20everywhere%20and%20crazy%20hair%20and%20eyes%20:O)%20I%20was%20inventing!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESinfully%20Yours,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeather%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
