Ингредиенты

  • 3 sm. onions, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/3 c. tomato juice
  • 1 env. Au Jus gravy mix
  • 1 1/4-1 1/2 pound boneless top round steak, cut up

Инструкции

  1. Cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter. Add in cut up steak. Brown till done. Add in water and tomato juice; stir in gravy mix. Simmer 4 min. Serve over rice or possibly noodles. Serves 4.
