Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are super easy to make and fun to do with the kiddos on a rainy or cold day.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 c Jiff Peanut Butter (Creamy or Chunky) works better with creamy
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • A small bowl of sugar and a fork for pressing down the cookies

Инструкции

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium mixing bowl combine Peanut Butter, Sugar, and Egg
  3. Mix well by hand until all ingredients are incorporated
  4. Use a Tsp and place balls of cookie dough on an ungreased cookie sheet
  5. Coat Fork with sugar to flatten the cookie dough using the criss- cross method.
  6. Place cookies in the oven and bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies appear golden in color.
  7. Cookies will be soft
