4 oz. toasted almonds

1/2 C mayo

2 T sour cream

dash Tabasco

chopped parsley for garnish

8 oz. soft cream cheese

3 chopped scallions

4-6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

6 crumbled Ritz crackers

Cranberry Cheese Spread:

8 oz. soft cream cheese

2 T orange juice concentrate
-
1/8 tsp cinnamon
-
1 tsp orange zest
-
1/4 C toasted pecans or almonds

1/4 C chopped dried cranberries or Craisins

2 T pepper jelly (Tabasco makes this)
