Three Easy Cool Whip Pies

Make your own graham cracker crust (link) or buy one at the store. These require refrigeration.

Note: Place Cool Whip in fridge a couple of hours after you take it out of the freezer.

  • Jello Chiffon Pie:
  • 3 oz. package your favorite flavor jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese + 3 oz. cream cheese, room temp
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 16 oz. carton Cool-Whip, divided
  • Lemonade Pie:
  • 1 - 5 oz. can evaporated milk, cold
  • 3.4 oz. instant lemon pudding
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, room temp
  • 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate
  • Peanut Butter and Jelly Pie:
  • 8 oz.Cool Whip, divided
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3.4 oz vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup grape jelly, or other favorite
  • topping: choppped peanuts

Инструкции

  1. Jello Chiffon:
  2. Dissolve jello in hot water, let completely cool.
  3. Cream sugar with cream cheese and vanilla
  4. Stir in jello.
  5. Fold in 1/2 the Cool Whip.
  6. Pour into pie shell.
  7. Let cool one hour.
  8. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top.
  9. Lemonade:
  10. Add the evaporated milk to the pudding, stir until thickened.
  11. Add concentrate, then cream cheese.
  12. Mix thoroughly, then pour into a pie shell.
  13. Peanut Butter and Jelly:
  14. Spread jelly in the bottom of the pie shell.
  15. Combine milk and pudding mix, stir until thickened.
  16. Stir in peanut butter.
  17. Fold in 1/2 of the Cool Whip
  18. Pour into shell, top with the rest of the Cool Whip
