Ингредиенты

1 c. chopped onions 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper 8 ounce. can mushrooms, liquid removed 2 tbsp. tomato paste 2 Large eggs

Инструкции

1. Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil. Add in salt, pepper, mushrooms, tomato paste and Large eggs. Mix well. Cook, stirring constantly, till Large eggs are set. Cold.
