Ингредиенты

1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2 med. potatoes, grated 1/2 c. lowfat milk

2 Large eggs 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1 teaspoon salt 10 grinds of pepper from pepper mill

Инструкции

1. Grate cheeses in food processor. Place in large bowl and mix. Grate potatoes and place in bowl with cheeses. Toss to mix. In small bowl, mix rest of ingredients. Pour into cheese and potato mix and blend thoroughly. Pour into a glass pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 min and serve in slices.
