Make some of my Pineapple Drops to brighten up your summer.  These were perfect at my Hawaiian Lambecue. 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice 1 1/2 ounces vanilla vodka 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Fresh pineapple, cut into 3/4-in. chunks Coconut Pineapple Sparkling ice Mix the juices and vodka.
