- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 medium-sized tomato, finely chopped
- 1 cup frozen mixed veggies, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups whole wheat macaroni or any small shaped pasta (cooked according to package instructions, drained and set aside)
