- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 x scallions, greens only, chopped (optional)
- 2 lb grnd beef
- 8 x hamburger rolls

- Stir the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and scallions (if you like) in a medium-sized bowl. Add in the beef, and mix thoroughly. Form into patties or possibly mini patties . Heat the grill to medium. Grill the hamburgers for 12 min for medium or possibly up to 18 for well-done, turning twice during the cooking time. Right before the burgers are done, place the split buns facedown, over the flame for a few seconds to hot and crisp them slightly. Fill the buns and set them on a platter next to the toppings. Serve immediately.
