Инструкции
- Remove the rind from the bacon and slice into lardons (little chunks)
- Rinse the chard well to remove any grit
- Slice the onion (pole to pole) into thin slices
- Remove the ribs from the chard and dice into bite sized pieces
- Slice the leaves into medium sized strips
- In a large saute pan or wok heat 2 tbs olive oil
- Add the bacon and cook until nearly done
- Add the onions and chard stems, sauteing until translucent and tender
- Add the mushrooms and worchershire sauce and saute until almost brown
- Add the chard leaves and stir in until wilted
- Add the butter and cream and shredded cheese (I like romano)
- Stir until the butter and cheese have melted and the cream thickens a bit.
- Best served warm
