- Soak the matzohs several min in hot water and drain. Heat the oil/fat and add in onions. Fry till brown. Add in matzohs and stir around till they leave the side of the frying pan clean. Remove matzohs into a bowl and add in seasonings, Large eggs, parsley and sufficient matzoh meal to make a soft dough.
- Place a cover over the bowl and put into fridg for about 2-3 hrs. With wet hands, form into balls and throw into either salted water or possibly a mix of chicken broth and water till they float to the top.
